Got to work on a real business problem for United Airlines through the Braven program. Our 4-person cross-functional team tackled the challenge of balancing passenger satisfaction with airline profitability: specifically, improving economy passengers' experience without breaking the bank. Over 14 weeks, I led the design of our pitch deck and helped present our solution: eCabinPlus, a rewards program that lets passengers earn perks through simple actions like trivia and reviews. Our presentation resulted in a 15% increase in leadership engagement, and the corporate mentors actually seemed impressed, which felt pretty validating. It was cool to see how strategic thinking and good presentation design can make ideas feel more credible.
